Engine 46-2 relocated to Station 37 (Modena Fire Company) while they operated at a house fire in Modena Borough. Crews provided coverage for just over 2 hours.

When other stations operate at house or commercial fires or other large incidents this often leaves their first due area depleted of Fire & EMS services, equipment, and apparatus. Other stations are then dispatched to standby at their station they were dispatched to cover. During this time crews may cover emergency calls for the station or even get called to the scene to assist on the assignment. When the incident is brought under control and resources made available the standby companies are released and return to their home station(s).
