On Wednesday August 27, 2008 The Brandywine Hospital Honored the Minquas Fire Company # 2 for 100 years of service. Mr. Leo Scaccia and Mr. Mark Benz of the Brandywine Hospital visited the station to address the active members and present each member with a bronze statue on behalf of the men and women of the Brandywine Hospital. The Minquas Fire Company works very closely with the Brandywine Hospital to provide exceptional care for the citizens of Downingtown and the surrounding areas. The members of the Minquas Fire Company would like to thank the Brandywine Hospital for such a great honor and the recognition. We hope to see you again in another 100 years!
