Thorndale Fire Company (Station 38) and surrounding companies were dispatched at 9:21 AM to Bluff Road in the Fairways Section of Caln Township for a report of a fire in a dwelling. The incident was upgraded to a working fire as units were making their responses and 41 EMS specially requested Air 46 to assist 7 minutes into the call. The fire was in an end unit of 4 row homes. Air 46 responded to the scene and setup to assist with filling air cylinders. Captain 46 was placed in command of the manpower pool for the incident, as Engineer Harvel Brown and Firefighter Bryan Baker filled air cylinders and helped with cleaning up after the fire was placed under control. Air 46 cleared from the incident just before 11:00 AM.
