On Wednesday, December 23rd, during the annual Downingtown Fire Department Holiday Party, Station 46 was dispatched to relocate an engine to the Lionville Fire Company (Station 47). Engine 46-2 made the response with a full crew of 6. The crew handled no calls during the entire time on standby. Before departing the crew assisted Lionville's members with washing tools and equipment, repacking hose, and getting their apparatus back in service. Engine 46-2 cleared around 1:10 Thursday morning.
