Social Club History
In 1948, the Minquas Social Club was born. It was above the fire company and took the place of the old gymnasium. The hard wood floors still exist. The sole purpose of the social club was to earn money to support the fire company. While it has been through many years of changes, it remained a place to visit with friends, play a game of pool, shoot darts, play texas hold 'em, and we hosted banquets and had live music.
The Minquas Social Club is now closed after the move to our new station on Wallace Avenue. Thank you for all your support over the years!
