Accident w/ overturned vehicle

In the late morning at 1123 hours stations 45 & 46 were dispatched to the west bound route 30 bypass west of 113 for an accident reported serious. Chief 46 responded and arrived onscene to find the accident on north bound 113 at the east bound 30 bypass off ramp with one vehicle on its side. Chief 46 recalled Rescue 45 and had Ambulance and Engine 46-2 proceed in. Ambulance 46-2 obtained refusal from one patient and Engine 46-2 waited for tow trucks to arrive and cleared shortly after.
