Last evening, members of our team were honored during the Downingtown Borough Council meeting in recognition of their lifesaving efforts during a cardiac arrest in May 2025 alongside the dedicated officers of the Downingtown Police Department.

This commendation reflects the professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment our crews demonstrate every day in service to our community. The successful outcome of this incident was made possible through the seamless teamwork and partnership between EMS and law enforcement, highlighting the importance of coordinated emergency response and the exceptional public servants who stand ready to answer the call at any hour.

In addition, our organization was proud to receive an official proclamation recognizing National EMS Week and honoring the men and women of Emergency Medical Services for their dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting the health and safety of our residents.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Downingtown Borough Council, borough leadership, and the community for their continued support of EMS and public safety. We are incredibly proud of our crews and grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such outstanding partners in public safety.
