This past weekend 7 members of the Downingtown Fire Department completed Advanced Line Systems taught by WhiteCap Water Rescue Training, LLC. For some it was a refresher and for others it was another step towards obtaining their PA Water Rescue Technician Certification. We’d like to congratulate everyone for completing the class.
