Today marks the official start of Fire Prevention Week. The theme this year is planning an escape route from your home and establishing a meeting place. It’s important that should there ever be an emergency you and your family know the best way out and a place for everyone to meet. Common meeting places are a tree in the front or backyard, mailbox, neighbors house, or the driveway. Please ensure your meeting place is not too close to your house should you need to evacuate.
