This morning, members of the DFD (Minquas and Alert) participated in Lowe's annual Kids Day. The apparatus was on display for the public to tour and see all the different types of equipment that the apparatus carries. In addition to the fire apparatus, there were police vehicles (DPD and Chester County Sheriff's Office), tow trucks, and construction equipment on display. Though the weather did not cooperation too well, a number of people braved the weather and toured all the different trucks.
