On Saturday evening, Engine 46-2 relocated to Chester County Station 69 along with Honey Brook Rescue 33 to cover the Elverson area while TVFD was taking time to recognize their members at an awards banquet.

While covering the local, Engine 46-2 and Rescue 33 along with TVFD Brush 69-3 were dispatched to assist Berks County Station 24 (Geigertown) with a woods fire in Robeson Township. Crews responded to the area of the French Creek State Park to assist DCNR and local fire department resources at the scene. Upon arrival at the scene, command released Rescue 33 and Engine 46-2 while utilizing Brush 69-3 for a fire deep in the woods.

This may have been the farthest North that Engine 46-2 has been on a dispatched assignment.
