| On Tuesday, September 14, Station 46 was dispatched for a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the Wegmans Food Market Store in East Caln Township. Engine 46-2 with Captain 46 on board, Ambulance 46-1, and Assistant 46 responded. 46-22 arrived on scene with an initial report of a vehicle with a fully involved engine compartment fire with exposures to other vehicles. Assistant 46 arrived and confirmed the report. Engine 46-2 knocked down the fire and applied foam to the engine compartment. Damage was contained to just the one vehicle that was involved. The cause of the fire is under investigation. |
